The hotel has some lovely aspects such as hardworking staff and good quality food in the restaurants. However, the dated rooms and the lack of certain amenities, like tea and coffee facilities, really detracted from the experience. While the cleanliness was commendable, the timing of the bar closures and some safety concerns with the infrastructure made it less enjoyable. Overall, it didn't meet the luxurious standards we expected.

Our stay at this resort was a mixed bag. The price was affordable for what we got, but the overall experience didn't quite meet our expectations. The food options were decent, and we enjoyed the cocktails. However, the rooms felt outdated, and there were struggles with beach loungers. Overall, it was a decent getaway, but there are areas that need improvement.

The resort is visually stunning and boasts amazing food, but communication issues and inconsistent service marred our experience. While the staff were generally friendly, their training and clarity could use improvement, especially regarding room assignments and activities. I had a particularly frustrating experience with our airport shuttle, which added unexpected costs to our trip.

I had a wonderful week-long stay at Catalonia Yucatan Beach with my mom for our birthdays! The upgraded rooms were stunning, and we loved relaxing on the deck. The staff, especially Ivan and Erandi, were incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. Although the buffet food wasn't spectacular, the a la carte restaurants offered excellent meals. We enjoyed a clean beach but found the pool area a bit too crowded at times.

I had an overall pleasant experience at the hotel, with fantastic staff and a beautiful spa. While I thoroughly enjoyed the dining options, especially the a la carte restaurants, the rooms and some facilities definitely need a makeover. I found the noise levels a bit disruptive during my stay, which affected my relaxation. The location was decent, but the facilities showed signs of aging, which was disappointing.
